Shipping policy

Do you offer shipping? 
We do not ship boards at this time. We do offer free, local pick up in Santa Cruz, CA. We will let you know when and where to pick up your board once it is ready to go. 

When will I get my board? 
Once your surfboard order is confirmed by email, it is processed. Your board will go through each manufacturing stage (designing, cutting, shaping, artwork, and glassing). We strive to keep the entire process under 6 weeks, but due to many variables, we cannot guarantee it. 

What if I don't like my board?
At M10, we believe every surfer should feel like their board is magic and have the confidence that he or she will be able to enjoy it for a long time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.
